Hake Fillets en Papillote

 

Ingredients

2 Frozen Hake Fillets,
White Wine
2 Onions, sliced
2 tbsp Lemon juice
Handful fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 tsp Salt

 

Method

1) Preheat the oven to 180°C
2) Place the fillets on a sheet of cooking foil.
3) Add onions and lemon juice on the fish. Place mushrooms on top of other ingredients. Sprinkle with salt.
4) pour over the white wine
5) seal the cooking foil tightly into a envelope
6) Bake for about 25 minutes until fish is cooked through.
